Our flagship Cubic Screw Jack designs are available in a range of sizes and can run at speeds of up to 1400 rpm.
Made from anodised aluminium with stainless and high-grade steel fittings, they are commonly used for conveyor belt height adjustment or for raising/lowering platforms and components. They can be configured to be operated manually (hand wound) or powered by an external motor.
Our Cubic Screw Jacks are manufactured with a trapezoidal lead screw design and can be configured to operate in either a translating, keyed translating or rotating fashion. Other customisable adjustments include the screw jack size (5kN to 50kN load capacity), travel rate (distance travelled by a single rotation of the input worm shaft) and length of travel. You can also upgrade the trapezoidal lead screw from high quality steel (080M40) to stainless steel if your environment demands it.
Choose from a selection of different clevis or flanged lead screw attachments or support with a mounting plates to ensure a level connection with other components.
Our Cubic Screw Jacks are intelligently-engineered to work in modular system arrangements. Design engineers can piece together the number of components needed and create a layout that works for their requirement.
Connect a series of screw jacks together with custom drive shafts, couplings and bevel gearboxes. You have complete flexibility to build a system for your precise needs.
