Our G0 bevel gearboxes are designed and manufactured to work seamlessly within our modular screw jack systems. Made from a precision machined 6082T6 aluminium body and bearing housings, these compact spiral design gearboxes incorporate a selection of threaded mounting holes and dowel location points for easy alignment and fixing.
The G0 is manufactured to provide smoother transition compared to straight cut gears – enabled by quality branded bearings and seals. All shafts are hardened and ground as standard while the sealed gear chamber allows for either oil or grease lubrication, ensuring long life.
A key advantage of the G0 range is the ability to reverse the rotation of the output shafts if required. This is achieved by simply mounting the boxes on either the top or bottom face in line with your configuration. Other height and level adjustments can be made through the attachment of specialist mounting plates – also designed and manufactured by Kelston Actuation.
