Our special purpose Cubic Actuator Screw Jacks differ from other screw jack models because they are sealed assemblies. This makes them ideal for short travel applications where your system needs to operate in a clean environment and requires regular wash downs. The internal mechanics of the jack are protected by a wiper seal to keep moisture out while retaining internal lubricants.
Made from a choice of corrosion-resistant materials, the Cubic Actuator Jack is well suited to food processing, pharmaceutical or specialist production businesses.
Our Cubic Actuator Jacks are capable of lifting 5kN to 50kN loads and are available as either a translating screw or keyed translating screw option.
You can select travel rates of 0.25mm/rev to 2mm/rev with a 50mm to 100mm length of travel. They can be manufactured from a range of materials that protect the internal gears and mechanics from water and debris ingress – just ask our design engineers what is possible.
